This comfortable, cozy, fully equipped 3-bedroom, 3-bath bungalow is a perfect beach haven in the heart of New Smyrna Beach’s best area. With just a seven-minute walk to the beach and seconds from shopping, dining, live music, and the fun of Flagler Avenue- the location is fantastic! The Blacktip Bungalow features 5 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 8 guests. However, there is no closed door between the loft and the 2nd bedroom, so privacy between these two areas is limited.

The Blacktip Bungalow has 5 beds and sleeps 8 very comfortably. However, there is no closed door between the loft and the 2nd bedroom, so privacy between these two areas is limited.
The yard and landscaping are a work in progress; pricing is currently reduced accordingly. The yard is fenced, so the dogs have a safe place to play outside.
PLEASE NOTE:
The BlackTip Bungalow comes with beach towels for you to use at the beach, as well as a beach cart. There is a gas grill and a dining table on the back porch, and a coffee table with 6 chairs on the front porch. There is also an outdoor shower. The back driveway has room for 2 cars and is long enough to hold a boat and trailer.
